It is a no-bake, no-fuss dish that comes together in under 20 minutes and is guaranteed to be a crowd-pleaser at picnics, brunches, or weeknight dinners.

  • Total Time: 15
  • Yield: 6 servings

Ingredients

2 cups Strawberries, hulled and quartered

1 cup Pineapple, diced

1 cup Mango, diced

2 Kiwi, peeled and sliced

1 cup Grapes, halved

3 tbsp Honey (or agave syrup)

2 tbsp Fresh lime juice

1 tsp Lime zest

2 tbsp Fresh mint, chopped (optional)

Instructions

1. Prep: Wash and dry all fruits. Hull/slice strawberries, dice pineapple and mango, slice kiwi, and halve grapes.

2. Combine: Place all prepared fruit into a large mixing bowl.

3. Dressing: Whisk honey, lime juice, and lime zest together in a small bowl until smooth. Fold in fresh mint if using.

4. Dress: Pour the dressing over the fruit and gently toss to coat evenly.

5. Serve: Serve immediately for the best texture. If chilling, store in the refrigerator for no more than 1 hour before serving to maintain freshness.

Notes

Pro-Tips:

• Use fruit that is ripe but firm so it holds its shape when tossed.

• Apply the dressing just before serving to prevent the fruit from releasing excess juices and becoming watery.

• For added texture, consider topping with toasted nuts, seeds, or a sprinkle of shredded coconut.

Variations:

• Tropical: Add diced papaya, starfruit, or passion fruit for an exotic flair.

• Berry Medley: Swap or add raspberries, blackberries, or blueberries.

• Creamy: Fold in a dollop of Greek yogurt or coconut cream for a richer texture.
